Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship offers one- or two- week day BizCamps in and around the NY metro area and across the country for students ages 13-18 who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs. Independent Means offers teenagers (ages 14-18) summer on campuses across the country where participants learn about the world of business, financial planning, investment and entrepreneurship. National Student Leadership Conference provides special summer programs for high school students interested in various fields, such as entrepreneurship and business, international diplomacy, and sports and entertainment management. NYC programs take place at Fordham University. Additional programs are offered on various campuses across the U.S. World of Money offers summer youth financial education institutes in midtown Manhattan for three one-week sessions during the month of July. Children are grouped by age: ages 7-9, 10-12, and 13-18 years. The curriculum includes basic Mandarin, Excel, community service and year-round alumni activities. Youth about Business offers summer business camp for students in grades 9-12. Programs are held on campuses across the country by region. The program serving the Northeast region meets at Columbia University. |
